Customer service discussed at BPU meeting

At the Board of Public Utilities planning meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 4, the topic was new ways to improve customer service.
The BPU has done a lot of research.
At the regular BPU meeting, David Mehlhaff, chief communication officer, gave a speech on ways to improve customer service.
No action was taken on customer service at the meeting.
